• Reception and control of goods
  • Organization of storing facilities and stocking of food supplies
  • Preparation of orders (kitchen, restaurant, bar)
  • Control of the cleanliness of the stores and waste processing facilities
  • Ensuring the respect of Club Med’s standards and the application of hygiene and safety procedures


  • Availability and international mobility from 5 to 8 months minimum
  • Experience in food industry preferred
  • Driving licence and fork-lift driving licence preferred
  • Fluent Mandarin mandatory
