SALES ADVISER IN AGENCIES

Missions

The Club Méditerranée group recruits Sales Advisers for its travel agencies in China.
 

As an ambassador of the "Club Med' brand, your role is to welcome, advise and encourage the loyalty of our customers in an upscale and convivial environment.


 

Participate actively in the development of sales performance

  • Accompany customers in a multichannel context (one-to-one, telephone) and present the best offer
  • Recruit and encourage customer loyalty by proposing quality service
  • Participate in sales events and play a proposing role for the implementation of sales operations
  • Achieve turnover objectives
  • Develop individual results by analysing performance criteria
  • Contribute to the agency's smooth operation
