- Recruit, interview and select candidate GO & GE for each open positions including temporary positions from Mainland China for worldwide villages including GC.

- Work with WW HR and China HR Managers for job openings in different villages.

- Hiring process & flight arrangement for GOs to overseas/domestic villages.

- Prepare and assist on work permit process for new and existing GO to overseas

- Follow up on new GO after arrival in villages and maintain good relationship with GOs

- Attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition 

- Create contacts within industry, research new ways of recruitment;

- Post openings in different social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates

- Increase university awareness of the company in different provinces by give presentations to university career centre, lecturers, students and higher management.

- New GO assignment in Helios, send GO affectation & follow up and existing CNO & GTCO MEP assignment in Helios

- Maintain all pertinent applicants and interview data in the HR files.

- Maintain and filing all CNO/GTCO GOs documents.

- Prepare monthly recruitment analysis report

- Ensures provide good internal and external customer service

- Follow up and understand China Labour law.

- Perform other special or new opening projects as assigned

- Perform ad-hoc duties from time to time. (Not specifically mentioned in the job description)   


  • 2-3 years experience in recruitment
  • Mastery of IT tools
  • Familiar with Labor Law
  • Fluent English and Mandarin, French skill is added value
  • Hotel industry experience or headhunter experience are preferable
