Hygiene Manager

The Hygiene Manager is responsible for operation in connection with the reort for the maintenance/upgrade of sanitation and hygiene standards to ensure all food served to guests and employees are free of microbiological, chemical and physical contamination and all work ares confirm to required Hygiene and Sanitation levels.

  • Responsible for the villages in Greater China with a priority focus on Club Med Guilin
  • Establish the health policy and monitoring according to the standards and regulations
  • Design and decline the plan, approaches and HACCP hygiene and food safety actions
  • Support and monitoring control laboratories in the resort
  • Prevention of the community and the individual
  • Main contract and actor in the management of health crises in the resorts


  • Availability and international mobility from 1 to 2 years minimum
  • Degree in health or food safety
  • Experience in F&B and kitchen operation of hotel, resort or large restaurant complex
  • HACCP trainer certified
  • Understands and respects local culture, able to adapt to change environment
  • Fluent English and Mandarin mandatory, other foreign languages a plus


  • Good personal grooming and presentation
  • Well-organized
  • Confident and autonomous
  • Good inter-personal skills
