Missions

  • Represent the Luxury by Club Med with our clients and our teams
  • Put in place « the welcome at the reception » according to what was defined by the services management
  • Gather and coordinate your team around one objective, attitude and behavior appropriate with the Luxurious range we offer in Club Med
  • Being capable of supplying our clients with what they need so as to spend an enjoyable stay (excursions, taxis, spa, good contacts, recommendations…)
  • Ensure a discreet and personnalized service
  • Guarantee good relations with our clients and reinforce the culture and Club Med spirit which is unique
  • Guarantee the application of Club Med standards of quality, and apply hygiene and safety rules, including the maintenance of our heritage in relation with our hotel and leisure services of which you are in charge
  • Drive the economic results of the reception service (respecting the budgets)
  • Optimize the local sales of the reception service (meals, B&B, different services)
  • Give ideas for the evolution of the Luxurious service in your department

Profiles

  • Availability and international mobility for a period of 5 to 12 months
  • Diploma in Hotel, catering and a school diploma of head porter required
  • Experience in the function as well as in the management of a team required
  • Fluent Mandarin and English mandatory, another foreign language a plus
