Public Relation / Front Desk Agent


  • Being the representative for Mandarin-speaking guests
  • Assist guests on arrivals and departures (check-in and check-out)
  • Telephone switchboard
  • Cash-box
  • Sales promotion (stay, meals, B&B)
  • Organising and taking part to cultural events for English-speaking guests
  • Translating information documents and notices
  • Making speeches (information conferences, presentation of shows and events…)


  • Availability and international mobility from 5 to 8 months minimum
  • Diploma in international travel industry preferred
  • Working experience mandatory
  • IT skills
  • Bilingual English and Mandarin mandatory, other foreign languages a plus (French, Japanese and Korean…)
