Reception Manager

Missions

  • Management of a team of 6 to 15 people
  • Responsibility for the income and service quality of the reception department (respect of budgets)
  • Create and keep good relationships with suppliers, sub-suppliers and local partners
  • Application of Club Med’s quality standards and hygiene and safety rules
  • Gaurantee of a relationship of quality between your team and the clients
  • Promotion of local sales (B&B, meals, stays)
  • Responsibility for the integration of your team members within the Village’s team and for their development by training and courses

Profiles

  • Availability and international mobility from 5 to 12 months
  • Diploma in international industry preferred
  • 2 years experience minimum in the job
  • IT skills
  • Bilingual English and Mandarin mandatory, other languages preferred

Seasonal contract. Salary adapted to skills and experience (fixed salary + bonus on objective). Accommodation and meals provided by Club Med and other advantages connected with our Club Mediterranée group.
