Missions

  • Assigning the rooms according to the sales contrat optimising the bed occupation and room change
  • Respect GM expectation and communicate with different services of the Village
  • Prepare the arrivals/departures and relay the information  to all the services of Village
  • Handle the accommodation requests from Front Office and do the re-assignment accordingly
  • Stimulate local sales , and ensure the follow up and control (B&B, meals, transfers)
  • Relay all financial information to the financial service (number of clients, arrivals/departures, local sales…)
  • Treat the comments and particulat requests  asked by our clients
  • Application of Club Med standards and respect hygiene and security procedures
  • Accompany and train the receptionists in their daily tasks

Profiles

  • Availability and international mobility for a period de 5 to 12 months
  • Diploma in Tourism or Hotel Service preferred
  • Experience in the job required
  • IT skills
  • Bilingual English and Mandarin mandatory
