Sports Manager

Missions

  • Responsible of all sports activities in the Village and of all the programmes
  • Gathering  and coordinating the different sport’s services so as to realize these events
  • Being responsible for the sports budget
  • Manage a team of qualified sports instructor
  • Guaranteeing  the quality of the services and the respect of Club Med procedures
  • Being responsible for the integration of your team members within the Village’s team and identify their needs for training so as to accompany their development
     

Profiles

  • Availability and international mobility from 5 to 12 months minimum
  • Working experience in organizing sports events
  • Good knowledge of the different sports (tennis, golf, archery…)
  • Fluent French mandatory, other foreign languages a plus

Seasonal contract. Salary adapted to skills and experience (fixed salary + bonus on objective). Accommodation and meals provided by Club Med and other advantages connected with our Club Mediterranée group.
