After a Master's Degree in Sports Economics and Management and a DESS (post-graduate diploma) in Sports and Leisure Management, I applied to Club Med as, in my opinion, it is a reference company in the tourist industry. After having worked in villages as Management Assistant then as a Financial Manager, I very rapidly evolved within the Finance branch to become Management Controller for the Europe-Africa Business Unit As part of my functions, I contribute to the consolidation of the results of villages in the Europe-Africa zone as well as consolidation of the budget and the strategic plan. An ability to analyse and summarise are qualities needed to meet the objectives set. It is also necessary to be available, rigorous and know how to work as a team. Club Med taught me everything. It allowed me to evolve professionally within the Financial branch and that was precisely what I wanted. Furthermore, the work atmosphere is very pleasant at Club Med and a lot of my colleagues have become friends! Then, in 2011, I had the opportunity to be assigned part-time to the setting up of the "Friends of Club Méditerranée Foundation". Before that, I regularly took part in Club Méditerranée Foundation actions. The most striking was the 15 days of supportive leave taken in a school in Senegal. There were two of us and our mission was to teach French to children in a fun way. I will never forget the people met nor the discussions which were very enriching. In the years to come, I would like to evolve at Club Med and, more particularly, within the Club Méditérannée Foundation.
